Delivery Policy

Items, products or goods that are purchased from us are supported by our delivery policy and customers that require postage or shipping can expect the following:
Goods are generally shipped within 1 working day of order.  If there is a delay with shipping you will be notified either via email or phone call. 
Goods are despatched by Courier or Australia Post and a signature is required on delivery and should arrive within 3 working days from date of shipping - a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your item on line.

Should your item fail to arrive within 5 working days of date of order please contact us either via email or phone call.
